The Indianapolis Rowing OAAR offering is for collegiate, open and masters AA rowers.  Rowing will be weekdays 6pm to 8pm.  The focus will be a balance of technical rowing in small boats: singles, doubles, pairs, and fours and fitness and conditioning.  Rowers will do two erg sessions a week followed by technical rowing on the water and will be given additional conditioning workouts to be done independently. Our goal is to make sure that collegiate athletes return to campus in the fall with PR times on the 2k and 6k tests.

This program will begin June 5 and run through August 4th, meeting weekdays from 6:00p to 8:00p. OAAR participants are welcome to use the boathouse facilities for training outside these times during the program period.

Competition entries will be dependent upon participation and will be extra cost. We will consider going to the following regattas:

Chicago Sprints, Chicago, IL: July 8 - 9

Club Nationals, Cincinnati, OH: July 12 - 16
